Eric Latimer

Dr Latimer is a Research Scientist at the Douglas Mental Health University Institute and Professor in the Department of Psychiatry at McGill.

Dr Latimer has a long-standing interest in the integration of people with severe mental illness into the competitive labor market, as a means of furthering their recovery.  Among other contributions in this area, he led the first trial of the Individual Placement and Support model of supported employment conducted outside the United States.
