Noora Sipilä (M. Sc.) works as a researcher at the Equality unit of the Finnish Institute for Health and Welfare. She has been conducting the Finnish IPS Evaluation Study since 2020. The study aims to investigate the implementation, feasibility, as well as the perceived benefits and outcomes of the IPS model in Finland. The study is part of the Finnish IPS Development project, which coordinates the implementation of IPS in Finland. Noora Sipilä has a background in sociology and is interested in the meaning of work as a part of recovery on an individual level, as well as in the broader perspective of the paradigm shift within psychiatric care and rehabilitation
